Join us for a morning of meditative relaxation with our somatic flowing movement with Claire to gently stretch your body, get comfy on your mat and relax your mind and body even deeper with some gentle breathe work, taking you into an immersive gentle sound bath with both Rhu and Claire - Unwind your mind and soul as the vibrations from the sound bath wash over you and rebalance your mind and body.
After, you will be invited to sample a herbal tea, learn about it's healing properties and the folklore associated with it. You can then select an oracle card that is calling to you and see what message it brings you.
This is more than just a sound bath, this is a Rhu and Claire sound bath, where we help you to recharge, reset and rest in our own unique way.
What do you need to bring?
- Yoga Mat
- Blanket for your nest
- Pillows for your head and under your knees
- Eye mask
- Water
- And maybe some socks to keep you cosy
