Meditation has become an essential part of our daily lives. Anybody who has not yet taken up meditation is invited to join me, where I will show you how simple it really is.
In Meditation Essentials, I will teach you two distinct meditative styles that you can use separately or integrate into a simple, short meditation routine to practice on a daily basis.
The cost includes all materials, a set of notes and some light refreshments.

1. The full fee or 50% booking fee must be paid upfront, or by the latest 24 July 2025, to secure your booking.
