Next Sunday, July 20th, Chef Aniko delivers a very special pre-anniversary dinner, inspired by her favourite Italian recipes.
ON THE MENU
🍅 STARTER: Fresh burrata with vine-ripened tomatoes, basil and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oill;
🐓 MAIN: Slow braised chicken in a velvety white wine and cream reduction infused with garlic, shallots, fresh herbs, lemon zest and a dusting of parmigiano reggiano atop house-made pappardelle.
🍑 DESSERT: Crostata di Marmellata - a classic Italian dessert made with lemon-scented shortbread dough (pasta frolla) and apricot jam. Topped with creamy marscapone.
Price: 3 courses for $68 + HST
There will be two seatings at 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
