This 2-part Gratitude Workshop is presented by Miosotys Santiago who will share her healing journey as a survivor of traumatic experiences, and reflect on her present gratefulness toward life and her walk in faith. This will provide a deeply personal perspective to inspire participants in their own paths to gratitude. An illustrated presentation will guide the session and self-published gratitude journals will be available for purchase for $20 and one for $15 or you may bring your own writing materials. These journals will be a meaningful tool for each attendee to take home and continue their personal practice of gratitude.
This interactive workshop aims to:
Cultivate mindfulness and positivity through gratitude-based practices.
Foster connections within the community through shared experiences.
Provide practical tools for incorporating gratitude into everyday life.
The second part is Saturday, July 19. Attendance at both sessions is suggested. Registration is required as space is limited.
Our speaker is Miosotys Santiago, Founder of Exemplify to Edify, LLC. Her organization is dedicated to fostering personal growth, connection, and well-being within communities.
