Child Safety Seat Check Event

As part of Munster's National Night Out pre-events, the Munster Police Department will be hosting a Child Safety Seat Check Event on Saturday, July 26th from 9:00am to 12:00pm in the parking lot of Munster Town Hall, located at 1005 Ridge Road. Parents or grandparents are encouraged to stop in that morning to have their child's car seat checked for safe and proper installation by certified Car Seat Technicians from the Munster Police Department, Munster Fire Department, Powers Health, Franciscan Health, and Safe Kids Northwest Indiana. Additional safety information will also be on-site for parents to pick-up.
