It's one of the last long runs before the Windsor Marathon and we're teaming up with Colorado in Motion to bring you a group long run and presentation on injury prevention!
8am: Join us for a 3-5 mile run, race warmup led by CIM
9am: Presentation: Strength Training For Injury Prevention in Distance Runners and Enjoy coffee and breakfast burritos!
**Start early if you want to run more than 5 miles and meet us at Island lakes at 8am to take off on the group run.
