Beginner Yoga for Teens

Rising 6th - 12th graders

Learn yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness tools in our beginner-style yoga class, taught by a certified yoga instructor. Wear comfortable clothes (leggings, t-shirts, sweatpants) and bring a water bottle. Yoga mats will be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring their own.
