Discover how yoga can be a powerful ally in managing hormonal fluctuations. In this series we will explore how yoga postures, breathing techniques and other therapeutic and restorative modalities can help manage or alleviate some of the symptoms of PMS and menopause and aide in bringing the body and mind into balance. We will take a deeper look into how hormones drive this process, some of the symptoms (Pre Menstrual) that occur, and what women can do throughout this process to combat and alleviate these symptoms. We will also spend time discussing suggested diet, holistic supplements and herbs that are recommended in βNatural Ways to Relive PMS.β
This is a three-part series of classes, and you can attend just one or all three. The classes will be on Saturdays: June 7, July 5, August 2 @ 11 AM. The cost for each class is $25 per person.
