Start your morning off right with 5K Fridays! Join us for a relaxed, supportive group walk, run, or bike ride. You don't have to complete the full 3 miles, just come out, get moving, and enjoy the company!

- 6:30 to 7:30 AM
- Meet inside the Y on the gym courts for warm-up
