This class is a gentle, slow flow yoga class to support your mind, body & spirit.
In this class you will gently & slowly work through asanas/poses where you will not be rushed having time to come in & out of each asana with ease.
This is a nourishing supportive class, that will nurture you, take you within & provide many benefits to both your mind & body in a gentle way.
At the end of each class, you will be taken through a wonderful, nourishing Savasana where I will introduce sound healing as well.
When: Thursday
Time: 5.30pm – 6.30pm
Where: Mount Coolum
Cost: $20 investment + $2.00 booking fee (bookings are essential, limited to 8 people)
