6 - 6:30 PM Intro to Line Dancing
This will be a quick introduction of the basic steps and turns, counting, terminology, and musicality. It is not required but encouraged before you attend your first beginners' class.
6:30 - 7:30 PM Line Dancing for Beginners
This hour long session will go over some of the basic beginner dances slow enough so that you can pick it up and dance it out with music by the end of class.
Yes, you may wear shoes. Dance shoes are encouraged. For shoes that have been worn outdoors, you will be given spray and rag or wipes to clean and sanitize them first. Any shoes excessively dirty will not be allowed on the dance floor.
No experience necessary. All genders welcome. This is a teen/adult class. Workshop is limited to 6 participants only to allow space to move freely and personal attention, so act fast!
