Ice Cream Social

A free ice cream social will be held on the lawn of the Van Orden Mansion on Wednesday, August beginning at 6 pm. Frozen custard, generously donated by the Baraboo Culver’s, will be on hand and old-fashioned and new-fangled lawn games will be set up for anyone who wants to play a vintage game like croquet or a newer one like cornhole. Lounge on the lush lawn and enjoy the recently restored back garden of the mansion. The mansion will also be open for anyone who would like to see the exhibits inside. Bring your family and friends and enjoy a delicious and entertaining summer evening at the Van Orden Mansion at 531 FourthAvenue in Baraboo.
