Roll Call Chicagoland, the Veteran Assistance Commission of DuPage County, and Western Governors University invite job-seeking veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses to a one-day workshop event focused on practical job search strategies and interview success. This event includes expert-led sessions, along with dedicated time for personalized one-on-one mentoring with recruiters and HR professionals.

Schedule:

* Registration: 9:30 – 10:00 AM
* Marketing Yourself and Other Job Search Tactics (Workshop): 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
* Lunch and scheduled one-to-one mentoring meetings: 12:00 – 2:00 PM
* Interview Skills (Workshop): 2:00 – 4:00 PM

What’s Included:

* Workshops led by Serco facilitators
* Private 15-minute mentoring sessions with recruiters or career coaches
* BBQ lunch sponsored by Western Governors University and prepared by Semper Fi Chef
* Beverages provided throughout the day
* FREE ON-SITE CHILDCARE all day

What to Bring: No laptops needed — just bring a notepad or something to take notes with.

Security: All attendees must pass through a metal detector. No weapons allowed.
