Meet Your Instructor

I'm Sonja! I’m a home artisan sourdough baker. My philosophy is that sourdough is not that serious - anyone can do it!

I love capturing photos and videos during class for use on social media. (If you'd prefer not to be photographed, just let me know at the start of class —no problem)
