Looking for an opportunity for your kiddos to have fun moving and playing, spending time with friends, and doing yoga, while you enjoy an evening for date night, errands, or self-care?

This is it! Kids Night Out includes all of the things kids love about our yoga classes and more, including:

🌟 fun movement, games, and play time - including glow in the dark activities!
🌟 yoga poses & fun challenges
🌟 dinner (food will be determined once I learn any dietary restrictions for those signed up)
🌟 some calm, quiet time to rest & relax
