The Bellingham Public Library offers one-to-one assistance with basic technology skills including accessing BPL's digital library and downloading or streaming eBooks, eAudiobooks, eMagazines, eFilms and eMusic. Basic computer, smartphone, tablet, e-reader skills, and setting up and using email.
