12th Annual Gladiator Open Singles Tournament - 6.00 UTR & Above invited

Join the top players in the league for our 12th annual Gladiator Open Singles Tournament! So much tennis at such a high level - are you up to this challenge? See the details below:

Tournament Details:

▪ When/Where: Friday, 6-9pm and Saturday, 3-8pm; July 25-26 at Waubonsie Valley HS in Aurora

▪ Must have a minimum 6.00 UTR

▪ Scoring/Format: Main Round Draw is Fast 4 best of 3 sets, with a tiebreak up to 5 in lieu of the 3rd set. Losers of the 1st 2 rounds enter a Consolation Round Robin where contestants will play 1 Fast 4 set against the 3 players in their round robin. The winners of each consolation round robin will move on to a semi and final to determine the consolation winner. So a 2nd round main draw loser could theoretically play as many as 7 opponents!

▪ Max of 24 players. We will include the top 24 who sign up by UTR. Those who do not make the cut can be refunded or transfer their registration to a tournament we plan to schedule later in July.

▪ Awards: Given to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Consolation Draw winner.

▪ Entry Fee: $40.
