Join us at FAR-West 2025 in Vancouver, WA (not Canada!) Our theme is "Building Bridges" - between folk, roots, and acoustic music genres, storytelling, and dance. Registration includes workshops, panels, showcases, awards, and meals.

3/1 to 3/21: Super Early Bird $225.00
3/22 to 7/15: Early Bird Price $250.00
7/16 to 8/31: Full Price Conference $300
After 8/31: $325.00
After 3/22, special pricing will be available for residents of Canada in recognization of current exchange rates.
Our vision for this conference is to bring together and celebrate the many and diverse genres and communities of Folk, Roots, and Acoustic music.
With your registration, you will have access to a wide variety of enriching activities including workshops, panels, and classes. There are 2 nights of Juried Official Showcases, a Presenters Choice concert, after hours private showcases, and open mic sessions, and the Open Words Expo has been reinstated for the Sunday Matinee.
In addition, we will present the Best of the West awards, honoring individuals and organizations who have made an enduring and significant contribution to the folk world.
Your registration includes the cost of the Best of the West luncheon, and breakfast at the Annual General Meeting on Sunday morning.
