Belly Dance For Beginners

Students will learn the basics of Belly Dancing. This course focuses on posture, isolations, basic Egyptian techniques, and vocabulary of movement. It is designed to give students a great low-impact workout that improves flexibility, coordination, muscle tone, and posture. Starts Wednesday, July 26th. Students must Pre-Register @ www.bellydancebyamanda.com.
