Smörgåsgrass

Take the skinheads bowling. Smörgåsgrass is a multi-genre bluegrass outfit performing both originals and beloved classics. Led by guitarist Brian Blaser, Smörgåsgrass’ sets include heartfelt originals, toe tapping fiddle tunes and mashups of favorites from across all musical genres.

Smörgåsgrass were finalists at the 2022 Durango Bluegrass Meltdown, the 2024 WinterWonderGrass and the 2025 UllrGrass band contests and play regular gigs on the western slope and in the Denver-Boulder area.
