Heartspace Guided Meditation

Join us each week for our lunch hour class to practice mindfulness, gentle movement, and guided meditation to discover your unbounded self.

Our weekly virtual sessions include simple yoga stretches (no yoga props necessary), breathing exercises, chanting and a guided meditation. Calm your mind, become centred and move into a space of compassion for yourself and others. This healing meditation is for all people seeking to establish or deepen their meditation practice. All are welcome.
