Are you looking for hands-on tailored support to help elevate your practice? I am seeking trial clients to experience my new offering - Private Yin Yoga & Aromatherapy!
YIN Yoga is a slow, meditative practice focused on long-held, seated or reclined postures that gently stretch and stimulate the body’s connective tissues. By holding poses for 2–6 minutes, you'll encourage muscle relaxation, improved flexibility, and enhanced joint mobility—offering benefits similar to acupuncture or acupressure. You'll receive 1-on-1 support and guidance to help you through each pose.
The session is designed to help you move inward—gently calming the nervous system and inviting your body into stillness. The use of essential oils and soft breathwork will be infused into the session to help support and enhance the meditative experience allowing you to sink deeper into the a restorative state. The beautiful scents of quality essential oils will envelop the room and may also be applied to your body. Common application areas are on the feet, spine, neck, face, arms, & hands. Stretch, release, and melt into stillness.
This is your chance to experience two beautiful and supportive modalities blended into one session at a reduced rate.
Cost: $55+tax
**When I officially launch this offering in fall 2025, the regular price will be starting at $90+tax.

Practical Details & Important Information:
Sessions are held in Nepean at my home in the cozy treatment space. The closest major intersection is Greenbank/Huntclub. The exact address will be listed on your ticket and provided after booking. You will also receive an email with parking instructions and additional info.
