🗓 Saturday, September 6
🔹 10:00–12:00 — Morning Session: Physio Meets Yoga — Focus on Shoulders (2 Hours)
Unlock the power of intelligent movement in this anatomy-informed yoga session. Guided by physiotherapists and experienced yoga teachers, you’ll dive deep into the structure and function of the shoulders, cervical and thoracic spine.

What You’ll Learn :

→ Key anatomy of the upper back, neck, and shoulders
→ How to align and cue for shoulder-safe yoga poses
→ Strategies to prevent and manage shoulder, wrist, and neck issues

Turn Your Practice Upside Down. Ready to face your fear of inversions? This hands-on workshop will help you build the strength, alignment, and confidence needed to approach handstands with playfulness and control.

What You’ll Learn :

→ Handstand foundations and techniques
→ Core and shoulder strength drills
→ Tips for balance, focus, and overcoming mental blocks

🔹 14:00–16:00 — Afternoon Session: Coordination, Proprioception & Locomotion (2 Hours)
Move with Magic. Step into a playful exploration of movement intelligence. Through dynamic drills and creative movement patterns, this session awakens your body awareness and enhances coordination.

→ Functional drills for proprioception and control

Meet Your Teachers

→ Elisa (Eli)
Originally from Italy, Eli’s journey into movement began with postural training for scoliosis, evolving through competitive swimming, running, martial arts, and eventually yoga and functional movement. With over 1000 hours of yoga education and a background in sociology, nutrition, and breathwork, Eli blends deep anatomical knowledge with a playful and empowering approach to practice.

→ Patrick
A firefighter from the Netherlands, Patrick has a long history in martial arts and discovered yoga later in life. He integrates breathwork, functional movement, and yogic philosophy into his teaching, offering a grounded yet transformative experience. Patrick is passionate about bringing breath and awareness to everyday movement—both on and off the mat.

→ Nils
Born in Germany and raised in Austria, Nils brings a strong foundation in physiotherapy, sports biomechanics, and osteopathy. His training spans triathlon, Taekwondo, BJJ, and yoga, giving him a multidisciplinary lens on performance, injury prevention, and holistic well-being. Nils combines science with soul—plus a love for handstands, coffee, and cold plunges.
