Freedom Health Day 5K

Freedom, Inc.'s annual Health Day is more than an event — it’s a cultural and community tradition where we gather to share resources, stories, and space.

This year, we’re celebrating with a 5K walk/run fundraiser! Go at your own pace — walk, jog, or run in the way that feels best for you.

All funds raised will support our radical direct services for LGBTQI+ Black, Southeast Asian, and youth communities in Madison, and help power campaigns like Free School Meals for Madison.
