Back by popular demand the next installment of filthy rock n roll will take place on Sunday 24th August at The Brewery Tap. Featuring;
Bringing you their disturbing and brutally heavy Pagan Doom from the ancient north which could be scary;
Sabbat Wolf. Expect riffage aplenty.....................
New band on the scene and excited about these guys and in their own words;
For fans of Truckfighters, Queens of the Stone Age, Fu Manchu, Brant Bjork, Black Sabbath and 70s rock, Dark Fighter serve up slabs of gloriously noisy detuned desert rock with hooks aplenty. Sounds pretty good eh?
Dark Fighter
Another newish band on the scene featuring a well known local band whore (you can decide for yourself which one) bringing a grungy flavour to the event.
Invisible Machine
All the way from Stoke on Trent and formed from the best parts of Quiet the Thief, psychy, stoner riffery;
Mushroom Beard
Kicking off events and described to me by the lovely Daz (Pulverise) as a 'funky Sabbath'. We gotta see the newly formed;
Punching Seagulls
So there ya go. Fresh blood times five as none of these bands have played Idlefest before. Getcha boots on and get yer freak out for kick off with music from 3 and first live band around 5.
