JOIN US FOR A DAY OF MINDFULNESS

SCHEDULE

9.30am for a 10am start

The first half of the day will be conducted in silence. We will alternate between sitting, standing and walking mediation.

At lunch time we will break the silence to share a picnic lunch.

After lunch we will continue our meditation. We will also have a Dharma inquiry.

The day will conclude around 4pm.

WHAT TO BRING

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your own sitting cushions (chairs are available at the hall for anyone who would like to use them)

The hall can get cold, so please also bring a jumper or shawl.

Please bring a plate of vegetarian food to share at lunch time

This is a FREE event. We gratefully welcome dana (donations) to support the continuation of our regular events.
