Solo tenor sax set from the multi-faceted Dan Spanner, whose sound is steeped in a brew of psychedelic rock, jazz, punk, ska, gypsy, klezmer and big band swing. Dan leads a number of ensembles, including The Spanner Big Band, Spanner Jazz Punks, Spannerman and the Dan Spanner Trio. Tonight is a rare chance to catch him solo!

Raw Odoni are a modern jazz quartet from South London formed in 2023 featuring Hu Spall (saxophones), Matthew Shorter (piano), Dan Richards (bass) & Christian Lewcock (drums). The band’s influences are far and wide, from the post-bop and spiritual jazz of John Coltrane, Thelonious Monk, Miles Davis and Pharaoh Sanders to John Cage, Fela Kuti, Gong and The Necks. The band released their debut EP 'Ostara' in November 2024. Tonight the band perform two sets.
