Shamanic Drum Journey Circle

Join us for our monthly Shamanic Healing Drum Circle. No prior shamanic journeying experience is necessary! In this Sacred Circle, we come together to practice invoking the power and insight of the Spirit Realm, and learn techniques to embody this wisdom in our daily lives. We also invite gentle spiritual and energetic healing to come forth within the container of the Circle.

We respectfully ask you to not partake of any plant medicines or other altering substances before joining the Circle. Please bring your favorite noisemaker (drum, rattle, etc.), comfy clothes, a yoga mat and/or eye pillow if you'd like to lie down to journey. *We have some supplies if needed.*
