“Home Care Packages”
Our health needs change as we age, but one thing remains and that’s our desire to remain living in our own home as long as possible. This free informational session is designed for individuals aged 65 + but is open to anyone interested in learning more. The current federally funded “Home Care Package” system will be changing, as of the 1st of November 2025, to the new “Support at Home” program, we will provide an update to how this might impact on you and outline the pathway towards support at home program.
