You’ll begin with gentle, grounding movement to settle your body and calm your mind. Followed by a Yoga Nidra practice — known as yogic sleep — where your body deeply rests while your mind stays softly aware.

✨ Optional Salt Spa Sit: After your Nidra journey, linger in our Himalayan salt spa as the soft glow grounds your senses and invites your experience to settle even deeper.

🌿 Tea & Connection: Close your evening with a warm cup of herbal tea and quiet connection with your community — or slip quietly into the rest of your night - either way you’ll leave feeling rested & rooted.
