In a world that appears to have lost its way, #3 Reorientate is a benevolent redirection.
The diminution of language, especially words of positive affirmation, afflicts our communication.
With social media's escalating inclusion of abhorrent vocabulary within its interactions, and the evolution of artificial intelligence (AI) as it assimilates from our online behaviour, we need to be cognisant of the language we use and the energy we propel into our human world, acknowledging the frequency and vibration of words and the essence and power behind the language we use. #3 Reorientate encourages us to speak with beneficence.
Pou Toka Āhuru/Standing Stones of Solace are an ongoing series of sculptural pieces exploring pacifist, humane ideology from a conscience perspective. Reorientate is the third work in this series.
