🌟 Unleash your authentic self and experience the magic of genuine connections through Authentic Relating games, Non-Violent Communication techniques, and more! 🌈

Authentic Relating (AR), in a sentence, is the practice of being true to yourself while building relationships with empathy and curiosity.

This will be an evening of fun, highly-interactive exercises (aka games!) that teach ways of being seen, heard, and understood—to appreciate each other and ourselves on a deeper, more rewarding level! ❤️

Come learn new skills and make new friends! Let's increase our EQ to the level of our IQ!
