Yin Yoga is a journey of both physical and emotional release. By holding each posture between 3 and 7 minutes, this class invites you to delve deep into the connective tissue of the body and to release the tension found there. Although Yin Yoga is slow, it is not 'easy', and it is important to know when one should pull back instead of breathing through. By working with the breath, utilizing props, and learning to interpret the signals of the body, this class sees each student as their own primary guide further developing the connection between our bodies and our minds.
