Its evocative final movement directly incorporates the iconic Civil War Union anthem. Experience this compelling 20-minute work in a unique pop-up performance presented in collaboration with the National Park Service, held outdoors at John Brownβs fort β the very site where John Brown made his defiant stand during the pivotal slave revolt that ignited the Civil War.
