We are super EXCITED to announce dates for MAY 2026!
A four day animal training workshop working with a range of zoo species.
There will be a mix of theory and practical training sessions throughout the four days. We will review animal learning science, develop planning and evaluation skills and have unprecedented access to a range of animals at the zoo.
Whatever we learn in the classroom we will be putting into practice in our practical training sessions.
Prerequisite Skills:
- have an understanding of animal learning science
- have some experience of training animals using positive reinforcement
- be able to work in a group
- be willing to be observed and coached whilst training
- be willing to observe a coached training session with a zoo keeper
COST: (Spaces are limited to 16 people)
£695 per person: includes all refreshments and lunches.
