At Camp Feathers in a Notebook, kiddos ages 6-13 years old will spend the day outside exploring, noticing the macro and the micro, the visual and experiential, and building connections with each other, the land, and themselves. Teaching artist Andie Hope will guide campers as they find their own art-making materials using natural resources.
Camp takes place daily from August 4 - August 8, from 1 - 4:30p at The Barns in Kirkside Park. Campers will also explore the environs at their fingertips in and around the park as part of the camp experience. Some days camp will be held at the Roxbury Arts Center.
Camp Feathers in a Notebook is inspired by the life and creativity of Ian O'Brien.
