To kick the evening off we will have Live Music featuring Jordan Shepard and Cypress Knees starting at 5 Pm.
We will be selling $10 armbands for those wanting to stay on the dock during the show, and we invit boats to tie to our dock during the airshow event.
We need help covering the cost of the airshow each year, and we rely on our friends, neighbors and local businesses. Please thank our major sponsors who hang their banners each year on the dock, and contribute what you can to keep the show going, year after year.
*$1000 sponsors can hang banners on the top deck and receive 4 VIP prime seating passes to the "birds nest".
* $500 sponsor can hang banner on lower deck and will receive 4 armbands to get on the dock.
Any amount is deeply appreciated.
For the safety to boaters, FAA requires a sterile air box for the planes to perform in. No one can get in the box during the event. Lake Commission, event workers, and our Sheriff's boats will help enforce the closure. All our Emergency Responders, Sheriff Rob Rushing, Fire Chief, Ricky Jones, Homeland security director, Kiley Sanders, Northeast Ambulance service, will be assisting with the event, along with all our Wildlife & Fisheries agents who will assist with patrols.
Boaters must be in place by 7:30 pm. Please be sure your navigation lights are working properly as it will be dark when the event is over.
