Barre is a full body workout using a blend of yoga, pilates, and ballet movements. Barre helps strengthen muscle groups through small controlled isometric movements using your own body weight and/or supportive props for resistance. It is a low impact class yet expect to feel challenged.
This class is a great way to build strength, balance, and connection with the body. Emilie’s classes are creatively challenging, fun, and empowering. Barre is accessible for anyone and at any level of experience.
