The Time Machine Band starts off the Main Grounds entertainment on Sunday afternoon of Shanty Days – Algoma, WI’s 3-day Celebration of the Lake.
The Time Machine band is a high-energy, five-piece classic party rock group that transports audiences back to the golden era of guitar rock. Featuring two exceptional guitarists, multiple lead singers, and rich harmonies, they deliver powerful performances with a touring-grade sound system and dedicated sound engineer.
Covering legends like Led Zeppelin, Van Halen, KISS, and Ozzy—as well as deep cuts from artists like Doucette and Rare Earth—Time Machine keeps crowds dancing and coming back for more, making them a perfect fit for festivals, bars, community events, and private parties.
The Main Grounds at Legion Park are located on 2nd Street between Lake and Clark Streets. Main Grounds hours for Friday, August 8, 2025, are 4 PM – Midnight. Entry to the Main Grounds requires a wristband for ages 12 and up. **
Presale wristbands will be $8 each beginning the week of July 14, 2025, through 4 PM on August 8 and will be available at:
– Algoma Visitor Center 1226 Lake St. Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM – 4 PM, Sun 10 AM – 1 PM
**No main grounds entrance fee on Saturday, 11 AM-3 PM. Stay as long as you want on the grounds but if you leave and wish to re-enter, a wristband is required for entry or re-entry after 3 PM on Saturday.
$10 wristbands will also be available at any entry gate to the Main Grounds beginning at 4 PM, Friday, August 8, 2025. Wristbands are good for the entire weekend.
***Sunday only - If you do not already have a wristband, you can get one on Sunday for just $5 at any Main Grounds gate.***
