This open-level class offers a gentle, supportive workout using tap and jazz-inspired movements that can be done standing, from a chair, or using a barre for extra stability. Designed to accommodate varying mobility levels, the class emphasizes movement, musicality, and fun, without pressure or performance expectations.
With every step and shuffle, participants boost brain elasticity through learning new choreography, strengthen bones via weight-bearing taps, and improve cardiovascular health with rhythmic full-body engagement. Studies show dance enhances brain function, bone density, balance, and heart health in older adults. Plus, our trauma-informed, body-positive environment encourages social connection, emotional uplift, and confidence. Join us to tap into health, joy, and community—one beat at a time.
