Serenity Reiki will be joining Sound Healing SOS
Tuesdays and Thursdays 7pm🤗
Reiki promotes deep relaxation, allowing the body to go from flight-or fight to rest and reset.
This can significantly reduce stress hormones, promoting peace and wellbeing, making way for better sleep patterns and helping to regulate the nervous system.
Reiki’s calming energy gives you the space to release suppressed emotions in a healthy and gentle way.
$20 from each purchase will be donated to Veterans mental health services in honor of a lost friend and Veteran Austin Przebieglec 🇺🇸 ❤️
Each session is one hour combined with Reiki and Sound healing for $90 per person.
