Steady and Strong: A Monthly Balance Class for Lasting Stability

Join us the first Friday of every month for Steady & Strong, a monthly class designed to enhance balance, stability, and confidence in movement.

Each 45-minute session combines targeted education on our body’s balance systems while performing interactive exercises that gradually progress, helping you build a strong foundation over time.

You’ll receive a set of customized balance exercises to practice at home after each class, reinforcing your skills between sessions.

Whether you’re looking to improve daily movement or prevent falls, Steady & Strong offers the tools and guidance for developing better balance, one step at a time.

Prerequisites: No age limits here, we will challenge every level in this class. You must be able to participate independently without another person to help steady you, with or without an assistive device (cane, walker, rolling walker, etc).

Investment: $10 per session

Can participate in just one session or sign up every month! Not required to be at all monthly sessions.
