Summer Acro Camp at FBT

🗓 Mondays: July 21, July 28, and August 4
💪 A perfect chance for awesome cross-training in strength, flexibility, and control.

✨ Introduction to Acro: 4:30-5:30 pm ✨
This class will teach students the basic fundamentals of gymnastics. Children will learn cartwheels, handstands, and work on their bridge development. No previous experience necessary. Children must be at least five years old to join this class.

✨ Beginner Acro: Mondays 5:30-6:30 PM ✨
Beginner Acro focuses on strengthening basic skills, as well as teaching new skills such as back and front walkovers. To join this class, students must be able to do a cartwheel and hold a bridge position for 10+ seconds.

✨ Intermediate Acro: 6:30-7:30 pm ✨
Our most advanced level of acro, students will work on more challenging skills such as aerials and handsprings. Students need to be able to do a back walkover in order to take this class.
