This class is suitable for beginners or if you haven’t done Pilates in a while.
Not only will you get to learn the fundamentals of all Pilates exercises but you will also get to use different props and equipment to get the best experience out of each of the exercises. This will then help you to improve your flexibility and strength and learn to move your body better. This is the first part of your journey into the Classical Pilates Method.
If you can physically go from standing to seated on the floor, back to standing again without aid and free of pain and injury, this is the class for you!

Fridays @ 10:30am
Session is 50mins
4 spaces available - first come first serve

Please bring with you to each session - a towel and water.
