Join Nevada Outdoor School for an exciting day trip to Lovelock Cave, one of Nevada’s most fascinating historical sites! This hike is open to everyone—whether you're from Winnemucca, Lovelock, or beyond.
We'll meet at the NOS office between 8:45 and 9:00 AM and leave at 9:00 AM sharp to drive to Lovelock Cave. You're also welcome to meet us directly at the cave if that's easier for you.
During the hike, we'll explore the area and share educational insights about the history, geology, and cultural significance of Lovelock Cave and its surroundings. It’s a great opportunity to learn something new while enjoying the outdoors.
Don’t forget to bring water, snacks or lunch, and comfortable hiking shoes. We’re looking forward to a fun and meaningful day on the trail!
