We’re back on the road this Tuesday evening for another group run — and you’re invited!
Join us on July 15 at 6:00 PM for an easy-paced run, open to runners of all levels. Whether you're just starting your running journey or getting in your weekly mileage, this session is a great opportunity to stay active, connect with the community, and learn from one another. To wrap things up, we’ll be doing some strides, led by Coach Miko, to help improve our form, speed, and running efficiency.
Meet-up Location:
Acacia Park, Filinvest Mimosa (right in front of Quest Hotel)
Start Time:
Warm-up and drills begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.
Reminders:
This run is open to all levels – no one gets left behind.
Bring your own hydration to stay refreshed throughout the session.
Please be reminded that participation is at your own risk. Practice proper running etiquette and safety at all times.
