These weekly classes are here to help you…

✨ Release tension and ease aches (especially back, hips & pelvis)
✨ Learn calming breathwork and body positions for labour
✨ Support your baby’s optimal position with birth biomechanics
✨ Carve out weekly space to rest, connect, and feel empowered

No yoga experience needed – just bring your bump, your breath, and a willingness to slow down. 💛

Taught by an experienced doula and antenatal teacher, the class blends yoga-inspired movement, Shiatsu body balancing, birth biometrics and a warm, supportive atmosphere.

Choose whichever time suits you each week:
