Need a midday reset at the end of the week? Join me Fridays 12:30–1:30pm at Hythe Sports Pavilion for gentle, grounding movement.
This class is designed to help you unwind, release tension, and move at your own pace, whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner. Expect gentle movement, mindful breath-work and meditation, and a chance to restore balance and calm in both body and mind.
What to expect:
• A slow, flowing sequence of yoga poses
• Focus on breath and mindfulness
• A soothing practice to help you unwind and recharge.
£10 per class or £40 for 5 sessions. All levels welcome—just bring a mat and yourself. 🌿
