Crofton Beam Engines in Steam

Our next Steaming Weekend is on July the 26th and 27th. Both our engines will be running and our boiler will be in full steam. There is so much to see and do, visit the boiler and engine houses, learn all about how everything works. Watch our leat (stream) fill up with water to feed the Kennet and Avon Canal. See our local kites fly by the chimney, visit the Smithy Tea room for light refreshments, bring a picnic, sit in our beautiful grounds and admire the views of a hidden part of Wiltshire. We will have a trail for children to follow and a self-guided craft area for them to enjoy. Children under 16 go free. See our website for further details of entry times and prices.
