Caitlin is a powerful one-woman show written by Mike Kenny, directed by Steve Elias, and starring the incredible Christine Kempell.

Dylan Thomas, the legendary poet, and his wife Caitlin lived a life of passion, chaos, and excess. Boozing, brawling, and burning bright across the bars of Britain in the 1930s and ‘40s, their marriage was a tempestuous whirlwind of love and destruction.

But behind the legend of the ‘Voice of God’ was Caitlin – dancer, lover, mother – who sacrificed her dreams and bore the brunt of public judgment. In Caitlin, she finally tells her side of the story in her own brutally honest words, revealing shocking insights into their explosive relationship and what it meant to be married to a tragic genius.

Christine sums it up,"Behind Caitlin was a woman who sacrificed everything for the man she loved and that man couldn’t have achieved what he did without her. This play is a monologue to the forgotten women everywhere, whose stories deserve to be told.”
